Walking with Quotations

The following quotes always make me awake, think and move. Some of these quotes are told by my parents, teachers, web gurus and me.
  1. Learn anything, it may not be useful now, but maybe in difficult times.
  2. Read anything even if it is a piece of scrap paper – everything will have some information.
  3. To gain something you have to lose something.
  4. Don't break others trust on you.
  5. Respect everybody and everything.
  6. Don't dream of richness, but work hard - one day your daydream will take a life.
  7. Rome wasn't built in a day.
  8. Things will get better with time.
  9. Observe and Learn.
And finally, the last one is very impressive. This one is an excerpt from “http://www.sanskritimagazine.com/indian-religions/hinduism/wisdom-ravan” article by Dr. Devdutt Pattanaik.
  1. “Things that are bad for you, seduce you easily; you run towards them impatiently. But things that are actually good for you fail to attract you; you shun them creatively, finding powerful excuses to justify your procrastination” - Lord Ravan
Aren't they interesting to walk with?
